Très bon endroit Positive: Calme proche de tout confortable bien décoré Negative: Nous y étions lors de la canicule donc un ventilateur ou rafraîchissent d’air aurait été un plus ( en plus de ceux dans l’appartement qui sont trop petits par rapport à la surface )

Beautiful historic apartment with lots of character Positive: Our first impression was of a very helpful host. We had trouble getting inside at first because we couldn’t figure out how to open the key lockbox, so we ended up having a pleasant video call to sort it out. The apartment itself is located in a charming historic building with steep wooden spiral stairs. Inside, it has everything you might need, including a separate storage room for luggage and other belongings. The bed is comfortable, and the bedding is very pleasant. We were also positively surprised by the excellent sound insulation—or perhaps the neighbours are simply incredibly quiet, although they are definitely there. The apartment is full of thoughtful little touches, such as magazines, books, and other interesting items that make the space feel especially cosy. Thank you for a comfortable stay in the beautiful and enchanting city of Rouen! Negative: The only downside was the bathroom. The shower enclosure seems to leak somehow, leaving a fairly large puddle on the floor every time it’s used. The sink was also extremely inconvenient—honestly, one of the most awkward I’ve ever used. I’m 180 cm tall, and even with my height I couldn’t position myself comfortably over it to simply wash my face. No matter how carefully I tried, water kept running down my arms and dripping onto the floor. It became quite frustrating.

Eine super Wohnung für einen Städtetrip Positive: Das Appartment hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Negative: Das Appartment liegt im zweiten Stock eines sehr alten Hauses, zwar charmant, aber die Treppen waren für Gehbehinderte schlecht geeignet. Ich hätte gern vorher davon gewusst.

Positive: Confortable et agréable personnel a l écoute

Bon séjour à Rouen Positive: Pas de personnel car les clés étaient dans une boîte donc pas de relation avec quelqu'un en particulier. Le logement est idéalement situé dans le centre de Rouen, il est bien décoré très propre et fonctionnel. Negative: L'accès à l'appartement se fait par un escalier dans les parties communes de l'immeuble. Cet escalier est très dangereux car il est vétuste et les marches sont inégales. Il est également en colimaçon avec un éclairage aléatoire la nuit ce qui est extrêmement dangereux.
