Great location in town Positive: A lovely old building in the centre of town very close to historical areas and restaurants. The view from the apartment was interesting, especially when the neaby schools had drop-off and collection! Negative: Access to the property was via a yard and main door although on this occasion the main door was permnently open due to the lock being damaged. The (shared) outdoor area was poor - two picnic tables on gravel facing a wall and the bins. There was no sofa just two metal dining chairs and one other single chair. Apart from a very interesting ornate chimney breast the apartment was basic, plain and a little cramped.

Mooie plek en fijn appartement Positive: De locatie is perfect, je loopt zo overal naar toe. Het appartement heeft alles wat wij nodig hebben voor een verblijf van een paar dagen. Negative: Er hangt een straatlantaarn waardoor je verduisterende gordijnen zou wensen. Het blijft vrij licht in de kamer. Er is weinig bergruimte voor kleding. Ik zou het bureau vervangen door een kastje.

Un appartement idéalement situé, mais trop chère pour ce que c'est. Positive: Appartement très bien situé pour découvrir Pont-Audemer. En revanche, j’ai trouvé le rapport qualité/prix décevant. Pont Audemer est une ville super mignone, et l'appartement est idéal pour la découvrir. Negative: J’ai trouvé le rapport qualité/prix décevant. L’immeuble ancien laisse passer beaucoup de bruit côté escalier, ce qui nuit à l’intimité. La douche m’a semblé assez moyenne, notamment avec un support de pommeau mal fixé. L’arrivée autonome était bien indiquée, mais ce type d’accueil donne un ressenti assez impersonnel. Enfin, pendant la période de forte chaleur, l’absence de climatisation, également indiquée dans l’annonce, a rendu le séjour moins confortable. Le logement reste agréable par sa localisation, mais les prestations ne m’ont pas semblé à la hauteur du prix payé.
