Purtroppo male male Positive: Posizione ottima, vicinissima al centro. Parcheggio abbastanza facile da trovare anche nei vicini parcheggi in strada a pagamento (eccetto il sabato sera..) Check in / check out funzionale. L'ingresso maleodorante e la vecchia scala a chiocciola che portano alla porta d'ingresso dell'appartamento non ci hanno creato particolari disagi Trattasi di un vecchio edificio a graticcio e la casa tutto sommato sarebbe anche carina e confortevole ma... Negative: ... purtroppo la pulizia era davvero approssimativa.. tante macchie sui pavimenti e sui muri (in particolare la zona della cappa in cucina presentava schizzi di 'grasso' sia sul muro che sulle pareti) che, in parte, abbiamo pulito personalmente... Ci sono tanti tubi a vista con accumulo di sporco. Le stoviglie erano sporche. La zona con il tavolo da pranzo e la camera da letto (soprattutto quest'ultima) erano maleodoranti (fumo da sigaretta) La tapparella elettrica in camera non funzionava quindi non si poteva né abbassare nè alzare. L'asse del wc ballava e non sembrava essere la sua. Per aprire la finestra del bagno abbiamo dovuto girare a mano la vite della maniglia perché ballava.

Very central and nice but with narrow stairs to reach it Positive: Very central location, calm and quiet, very close to the city centre. Cool style and furniture. Negative: The apartment unfortunately is difficult to reach for a limited mobility person, as the building is an authentic Norman one and the apartment is located at a second floor with very narrow and ancient wood spiral stairs. So if you have luggages, or a newborn and his stroller, go in or out of the apartment is quite difficult. To know it in advance would have helped planning the stay.

Brilliant location for stay in Rouen Positive: Excellent location, within walking distance of station, local cafes, restaurants and bars. Kitchen well equipped. No Air Con but thanfully a powerful fan in each room, at the time of our visit it was extremely hot. Negative: We had some difficulty hauling our medium sized suitcases up the narrow, windy and uneven staircase leading to the appartment. Also the lights on the stairs were unpredictable.

An experience . Positive: Just for the location Negative: Unfortunately the building is very old and the smell wasn’t very pleasant. The TV doesn’t work , the sofa isn’t very comfortable and the bathroom have to be improved. Also the bad is very small, for two people is too small- 1,20m . The access to the apartment is very tight for one person and a luggage, the stairs are very unsafe. The design is nice but the must be improve.

Fijn en verzorgd appartement. Het is niet groot maar wel heel compleet. Positive: De ligging is perfect. Het appartement is goed verzorgd. Het contact met de host is goed, duidelijk en sympathiek. Het appartement is in een authentiek vakwerkhuisje. Aan de inrichting is veel zorg besteed. Negative: Het ligt langs een vrij stijle trap omhoog, die een beetje spannend is. Er is maar een uitgang. In geval van brand kan je denk ik nergens heen
